Nemera expands production capacity in Ponts-et-Marais, France

Nemera today inaugurated a new production facility in Ponts-et-Marais, France. Hall 3 will expand the production capacity of Nemera’s Ponts-et-Marais and Le Tréport sites, support growing customer demand, and create up to 100 employees in the coming years.

Hall 3 will house the production equipment for the SP9 pump, along with other strategic manufacturing assets, enabling the consolidation of SP2 pump production at the Le Tréport site. This organization will further strengthen the complementarity between the two facilities while supporting their long-term development.
Covering a total surface area of 7,200 sqm, the new facility includes a 2,600 sqm ISO Class 8 cleanroom as well as dedicated logistics and technical areas. Equipped with state-of-the-art injection molding machines and high-speed assembly lines, Hall 3 will significantly increase Nemera’s manufacturing capacity. Ultimately, the Le Tréport and Ponts-et-Marais sites combined will be able to produce up to 120 million additional devices annually to meet growing market demand. Built on a 46,000 sqm site, the facility also benefits from available land reserves to support future phases of Nemera’s industrial expansion.
