Our employee code of conduct

The employee code of conduct is anchored around creating a safe work-environment, nurturing respect in the workplace, complying with regulations, paying attention to the world we leave behind and building healthy business relationships.

Our supplier code of conduct

The supplier code of conduct is built on standards Nemera trusts it’s suppliers to adhere to. These standards cover health & safety, human rights, environment, anti-corruption, audit & reporting and confidentiality.

In 2020, Nemera was awarded the silver medal by EcoVadis sustainability, figuring in the top 22% of all companies evaluated. EcoVadis is a global platform that provides a holistic Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ratings service of companies. The rating covers a broad range of non-financial management systems including Environmental, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement and each company is rated on the material issues as they pertain to their company’s size, location and industry. These evidence-based assessments are refined into easy to read scorecards, providing zero to one hundred scores, and medals (bronze, silver, gold, platinum), when applicable.
